Site Development Plan
2006 Site Development Plan for Riverside

Riverside, the Farnsley-Moremen Landing's Site Development Plan was completed in January of 2006. The plan was developed with the consulting firm Environs/Inc. and Rowland Design Inc. The Site Development Plan built upon an earlier Master Plan developed with Kise Straw & Kolodner of Philadelphia, PA. The 2001 Master Plan called for the area around the Aydelott-Rosenberger House to be developed as a rental facility, with the potential for a restaurant.
The 2006 Site Development Plan responded to new developments at the property, specifically, the moving of the "Moremen Family Chapel" to Riverside. The 2006 planning process established a location of the chapel near the Aydelott-Rosenberger House. The Site Development Plan also determined the location for a new reception/rental facility. The plan also detailed plans for parking, pathways and roadways on the property that will link the Aydelott-Rosenberger complex directly to the Farnsley-Moremen complex.
